I enjoy the lessons and enjoy Paul's teaching style. The online account makes things a lot easier. As my life is mainly hectic and sporadic having this tool does make my life a lot easier as the lesson reminders jog my memory.

Paul has been very patient with me from my very first lesson, when I had not even picked up a guitar before, bringing the best out of my limited talent and building on my enthusiasm. Paul brings together in an easily understandable way the necessary technical and theoretical information I need to play at the level I want to, pushing me when required so that I can achieve my goals.

I've been a student of Paul's for a relatively short time as his schedule was too full to fit me in (I had been waiting some time to get on the list). Now that I am on I am really pleased I waited. I've learned more from Paul in the short time he's been teaching me than in the 2 years I spent with my previous teacher.

Paul's techniques are very easy to follow and understand. His explanations are not baffling and he doesn't spend the lesson playing his guitar showing me what he can do but rather let's me do the playing and encourages me to expand on what I already know. Each lesson opens the lid of Pandora's Guitar case a little more, revealing new mysterious I'd previously only dreamed of playing!

I have no hesitation in recommending Paul if you're looking for lessons.

My eight year old son Sam has been attending guitar lessons with Paul for the last 20 months and in that time he has achieved distinctions in two junior grades. Undoubtably this has a lot to do with the relationship Paul has built with Sam, keeping him enthusiastic and wanting to learn. The lessons are enjoyable and Sam always looks forward to attending. Paul knows how to keep children engaged by showing them how they can play along to their well known TV theme tunes like Sponge Bob and Phineas and Ferb as well as teaching the skills required to progress through the music grades.

As a parent I am thrilled with what my son has achieved under Pauls tuition and would thoroughly recommend Paul Andrew's guitar tuition to anybody considering lessons. He is patient, fun and enthusiastic about his job and this shines through to his students.
